Dowland-Bach Corporation was founded in 1975 to meet the need for fail-safe Wellhead Shutdown Systems at the Prudhoe Bay oilfield on Alaska's North Slope. Dowland-Bach has since grown into an international corporation while remaining 100 percent Alaskan-owned and operated.
