Cartoons with live actors to be categorized as 'TV series' in China, following abuse
Shanghai. February 24. INTERFAX-CHINA -Cartoons featuring live actors together with animated characters will have to be submitted to China's State Administration of Radio, Film and TV (SARFT) for approval, if they are to be broadcast on channels, at time period or in TV programs specially set for animations, said SARFT in a recent notice.
