PHILADELPHIA _ The faint of heart are said to be fearful of spooky forces being unleashed by the confluence of events that make this year's Halloween such a rare one.
It occurs on a Sunday. Under a full moon. When clocks have fallen back to the gloom of Standard Time.
And in an era when vampires remain curiously untouched by the stigma of political incorrectness.
Leave the front light on, and they will come.
