LARKANA, Sindh, February 25 (PPI): The Larkana and Kamber-Shahdadkot districts having population of over 2 million are virtually without fire brigade as all the six fire extinguishing vehicles of local fire brigade station were out of order. Currently the fire brigade is operating with two water tankers converted into fire brigade vehicles. The Larkana city alone has a population of over 0. 4 million while other Taluka headquarters of Dokri, Ratodero, Baqrani also needed such service. Kamber-Shahdadkot district having seven Taluka headquarters-Mirokhan, Sijawal, Qubo Saeed Khan, Nasirabad, Warrah and Kemar and Shahdadkot had only one fire brigade vehicle which is also not ...
