Feb. 26--McALLEN -- Suresh T. Mansinghani and other McAllen shop owners would do well to pay attention to the Mexican presidential race as it heads toward what is looking like a close vote in July. Like most other downtown stores, Mansinghani's 120 S. Main St. fragrance business, Perfume King, caters mostly to Mexican shoppers. While customers from south of the border make up 95 percent of the perfume and cologne dealer's clientele, they also leave the store, and others in the Rio Grande Valley, exposed to jolts in the Mexican peso's value.
