Feb. 26--You know about Upper Arlington, Dublin and Worthington; Clintonville, Grandview Heights and Bexley. They're central Ohio areas where home values seem to grow strongest.
These established neighborhoods embody many of the cliches in a real-estate agent's listing: mature trees, good schools and location, location, location.
