CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Isuzu companies in the United States have announced consolidation of operations and restructuring aimed at improved efficiency, enhanced competitiveness and overall cost-cutting.  The changes announced today will be effective Jan. 1, 1994 and are a logical and practical extension of Isuzu's worldwide sport-utility, light-truck, commercial vehicle and component sales strategies.
