ST. LOUIS -- Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the "Company" or "Charter") today reported fourth-quarter 2005 revenues of $1.342 billion, an increase of 5.2%, and adjusted EBITDA of $491 million, a decrease of 4.1%, compared to the fourth quarter of 2004, primarily due to increased marketing expenditures, costs associated with improved customer service levels, and expenses related to revenue generating unit (RGU) growth. Revenues for the 12 months ended December 31, 2005, were $5.254 billion, an increase of 5.6% over 2004, and adjusted EBITDA for the year was $1.927 billion, essentially flat with 2004.
