KEMPSVILLE - As Geoff Weber ran along the Boardwalk and the night wore on, many partygoers on the beach tried telling him the run was over.
"My race is not over," he replied. "We still have people hurting."
Weber's the kind of man who sets his mind to something and doesn't stop until he has achieved it. That's exactly what motivated him to run for 24 hours straight - a total of 102 miles - to raise money for the Virginia Beach-based Naval Special Warfare Foundation.
