Welcome to the 2006 edition of The Appraisal Journal. Throughout the year, the Journal will be presenting ideas and concepts, as well as appraisal and analytical techniques for consideration by appraisal professionals.
We also will be making preparations for The Appraisal Journal's 75th anniversary of publication in 2007. This presents all of us with an opportunity for retrospection and reflection on the changes in and progress of our profession over this period. Our 2007 publications will address such issues as
