PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local PROPERTY INVESTMENT (PI) recently awarded a residential construction contract to BELHASA ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING CO., a subsidiary of BELHASA INTERNATIONAL CO. LLC. According to the terms of the contract, BELHASA will be responsible for completing the second package of what has been dubbed the Green Community Development Project.

Construction plans call for building 274 residential units comprising: - 203 town houses; - 10 luxury villas; - 61 family villas.

The cost to complete the undertaking has been pegged at $46,000,000.
