MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The volume of initial public offerings (IPO) in Russia could reach $4 billion-$6 billion in 2006 if forecasts by investment bank analysts turn out to be true, Alexei Rybnikov, MICEX general director, said at a press conference on Tuesday.
