The board of Greiner Holding AG has approved to take over a successful producer of food packaging in Ireland & Great Britain.
The Greiner Holding AG board of directors has approved to take over Wilsanco Plastics Ltd. The Northern Irish packaging company will be affiliated to the network of the Greiner Packaging Group as per 9 January 2006. By going West, Greiner Packaging is strengthening its position as the leading brand for plastic packaging and packaging made of plastic-cardboard combinations in Europe.
