Transactions Signal ValleyCrest's Strategic Move Into Design-Build

CALABASAS, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- ValleyCrest Companies, the nation's leading, privately-held landscape company, announced today that it has acquired the assets of two landscape architecture firms- Orange County, California-based, HRP LanDesign, and Fairhope, Alabama-based, Site Works. ValleyCrest's decision to acquire these firms is based on a noticeable increase in customer demand for design-build landscape services. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
