The Port of Chelan County and its partners continue developing the Advanced Vehicle Initiative vision the group kicked off at a November meeting at the Confluence Technology Center.
Port of Chelan County economic development director Ron Johnston-Rodriguez said the initiative will focus on two monthly meetings--one for the project's core partners and the other is a technology group for people interested in hybrid car technology and the conversion process of hybrid cars to plug-ins.
The technology group will meet at 6:30 p.m. the second Monday each month at the Wenatchee Valley College automotive technology shop. The first meeting is Feb. 13. Since this ...
