BELLEVUE, Wash. -- In an effort to equip newspaper management with more timely and accurate data for decision making, the St. Paul Pioneer Press has upgraded its single copy delivery and reporting system to Single Copy Edition by Syncronex, a field service automation software developer from Bellevue, Washington.
Before the solution, St. Paul Pioneer Press contractors used paper manifests to record deliveries, adjustments and returns, and the paper had no idea where papers were being sold or if the correct number of papers were delivered to each location.
