HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. -- Bob McKeithen, program manager for the West Virginia Motorcycle Safety Program, today announced that Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCourses will begin at seven training sites across the state the first week in April.
"We encourage all riders to get trained," McKeithen said. "By doing so, we believe motorcycle crashes can be reduced in our state."
