In this position, Mr. Smith will supervise the operations of FiberCote Industries, Inc., Park's wholly-owned, advanced composite materials manufacturing subsidiary in Waterbury, Connecticut, and he will report to Brian Shore, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Park.
