VERSATILITY MAKES chablis a wine to keep in mind this time of year. If you want a real treat at your Thanksgiving feast, or at any feast during the next couple of months, splurge on this noble white wine.
The wine is made from chardonnay grapes grown in the far northwestern reaches of France's Burgundy region.
