Maxwell Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:MXWL) and Ansoft Corporation (NASDAQ:ANST) today announced that they will develop a model library of Maxwell Technologies' BOOSTCAP(R) ultracapacitor cells and multi-cell modules using the VHDL-AMS modeling language for use in Ansoft's SIMPLORER(R).
