Nineteen years on and the song is about to be relaunched with new lyrics a new beat and with a new reason for its existence. This time there is no field of dreams, no shining silver cup beckoning, today's rationale is keeping another dream alive in the shape of the Sky Blue Academy.
Funding for the academy is coming to a close and creators of Go For It, Steve and Heather Taylor were keen to do something for a football team they are both passionate about.
