Mar. 8--Political veterans and newcomers alike will test a handful of south and southwest suburban legislators in the March 21 primary election. Incumbents facing challengers include state Reps. Robert Rita (D-Blue Island) in the 28th House District, David Miller (D-Calumet City) in the 29th, Rene Kosel (R-New Lenox) in the 81st and James Durkin (R-Western Springs) in the 82nd.
