Wilton Corporate Center, a two-building complex at 187 Danbury Road in Wilton, has been sold for $29.1 million to The Davis Cos.
The two class A office buildings, known as Riverview and Courtside, are linked by a glass-enclosed walkway. The property has a total 137,269 square feet of space, which was 92.5 percent leased at the time of sale to nine tenants.
