It's hard to know what vitamin and mineral supplements to take, if any. Vitamin C remains popular, even though, surprisingly, B vitamins now outsell all other vitamin supplements. But the advice that's out there seems to flip-flop with irritating regularity. Vitamin E is good for you; vitamin E is bad for you. Too much vitamin D is bad; not enough vitamin D is bad.
No wonder when it comes to buying supplements you're confused. You may not even be sure if you should take a multi. At least the answer to that question is easy--yes.
