Mar. 3--Both Joseph Wilson -- the former diplomat whose wife was outed as a CIA agent by White House officials -- and Congresswoman Heather Wilson served in the first President Bush's administration.
Heather Wilson was director for European Defense Policy and Arms Control in the National Security Council while Joseph Wilson -- no relation -- was the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, under George H.W. Bush.
However, Joseph Wilson was in the state this week to campaign for Heather Wilson's re-election opponent, Democrat Patricia Madrid.
