MINNEAPOLIS -- Because a local builder suffered from asthma as a child, the first "Health House" in the nation opened for inspection and sale in Eden Prairie, Minn.

A model of superb indoor air quality, the Health House soon will be copied in other parts of the country, predicts its American Lung Association (ALA) sponsor.

Jeff Schoenwetter, president of JMS Homes, Minneapolis, wanted to assist an ALA program, motivated by his allergy problems during boyhood.
