Hartmut Mehdorn's vision for Deutsche Bahn includes seaports, cars and bicycles
FROM the top of his skyscraper on Berlin's Potsdamer Platz, Harmut Mehdorn likes to train his binoculars on another vast edifice a kilometre away.
