Recognizes the need to reduce caffeine dependency
LEXINGTON, Ky., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Governor Ernie Fletcher has issued a proclamation declaring March 2006 as National Caffeine Awareness Month. This will be the first year that Kentucky is hosting this annual event.
Governor Fletcher, in his proclamation, stated "there are factors which are known to reduce the risk for caffeine dependency and play an important role in prevention."
