Mar. 9--Beginning today, we'll offer seven speed bumps, so to speak, in the city's road to success. The Seven Blunders will run through March 17, and then, after you've seen our choices, we'll ask for yours.
So, what constitutes a blunder? It's a mistake of consequence typically caused by ignorance or confusion. It's a gaffe, a goof, a bumble, a bungle, a botch. It's the baseball rolling between the outfielder's feet in a key game. It's the expressway off-ramps leading mostly to perdition.
