Center Moves Into New Facilities In Kenmar Plaza
KENNEDY TOWNSHIP, Pa., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pittsburgh's Ohio Valley General Hospital's (Ohio Valley's) ambulatory Wound Care Center will be the first medical facility in the Pittsburgh region to offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). The Wound Care Center, which will have two HBOT chambers and space to add a third, will accelerate the recoveries of patients who suffer from non-healing wounds to feet, veins and arteries, as well as from pressure ulcers, surgical wounds that rupture, spider bites, non-healing traumatic wounds and skin cancers. The chambers are expected to be in operation by the end of March. ...
