Mar. 12--DECATUR -- A legally blind student with epilepsy has decided to move with her service dog to another dorm, ending a standoff with university officials over where she and her dog should live. "I wasn't happy about it, but I went ahead and moved because it was just getting too complicated going from home to school with River (the service dog)," said Catherine Nielsen, 22. Nielsen said her family lives in Mount Zion. Nielsen moved from Oakland Hall to nearby Hessler Hall earlier this week with the help of her hall director and several resident assistants on campus.
