SAN FRANCISCO -- UCBH Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:UCBH), the holding company of United Commercial Bank (UCB(TM)), announced the appointment of Mr. George A. Baker, Jr. as Senior Vice President and Regional Director, Pacific Northwest Region, of United Commercial Bank. Mr. Baker is based in UCB's Bellevue, Washington office.
In November 2005, UCBH announced the completion of its acquisition of Pacifica Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of Pacifica Bank.
