To secure the continuation of Gatwick's rail-air train connection to central London, operator BAA has unveiled proposals to make the non-stop service accessible for public rail users. Under a scheme with the train's operator National Express, BAA is offering to open services to rail commuters by scheduling peak-time trains to start and finish at Crawley's Three Bridges rail station, one stop beyond the airport.
