Mar. 13--CENTER TWP. -- Rob Moltoni likes difficult. The way he sees it, anyone can start a development on a new site.
But taking a site that's filled with crumbling buildings and rusty, defunct industries, and reviving it into a livable community with a viable economy is the kind of project that interests him.
Moltoni, an Australian developer, has been planning to build a mix of condominiums, businesses and retail shops on Ambridge's abandoned mill properties since 2003.
