LATE WEDNESDAY
Of the four quarterfinal games played in the Mountain West Conference women's tournament on Wednesday at the Pepsi Center, none of them carried the magnitude of the day's finale between Texas Christian and Wyoming.
Many NCAA Tournament gurus have speculated the winner would have an inside track of landing in the Big Dance, while the loser would remain floating on the proverbial bubble.
If that proves to be the case, the Horned Frogs can start dancing.
