Chinese mobile phone users must be wary of SMS charging traps -MII
Shanghai. March 16. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's telecom regulator, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII), warned mobile phone users that they should be aware of traps in the charges of short messaging service (SMS) messages.
Mobile phone users have complained about fraud in of SMS fees charges, said MII. The regulator has responded by listing such traps on its official website.
