Liz Claiborne Shoes, Inc., one of the nation's largest clothing companies, has leased 226,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at Forsgate Corporate Center, in a transaction negotiated by the Charles Klatskin Company. Liz Claiborne will take immediate occupancy of the building, which was built on spec, and will employ more than 200 workers at the site.
The announcement coincides with ground breaking for construction of the next speculative warehouse/distribution facility at Forsgate -- a project of nearly 250,000 square feet scheduled for completion in 1994, ...
