SouthFloridaCEO: What kind of year was 2005, economically speaking?

Frank Nero: We continue to see an increase in per-capita income ... for all three counties. We continue to see a high level of interest in companies, particularly international companies, locating here. And it's particularly striking that our low unemployment rate is juxtaposed to continuing large numbers of people entering the workforce.
SFCEO: What are some of the challenges you see heading into 2006?
Nero: Availability of land and sites will continue to be a problem and an issue.... Right now, if I had a user that was looking for a downtown ...
