The year ending 2005 turned out to be a banner year for the recognition and publication of reviews and studies linking cardiovascular disease and sleep disordered breathing. The year got off to a good start with the April release of Kryger, Roth and Dement's Principles and Practice of Sleep Medicine. This book is available to readers both as a huge, 8.5 pound hard cover book of 1517 pages, or a much lighter (in terms of weight) online version.
