Mar. 17--OKLAHOMA CITY -- Lake Texoma State Lodge and Park could soon become a $350 million resort if a Connecticut-based developer agrees to buy the property in a deal that would bring $14 million and higher-paying jobs to the state, officials said Thursday.

Gagne Development Co. Inc.'s plans for the new Chickasaw Pointe Resort and Village at Lake Texoma call for a $350 million investment in a nine-year project designed to turn the aging lodge into a business conference and tourist destination.
