The viral marketing sector is rapidly reaching maturity, with agencies reporting budgets well in excess of #100,000 for new campaigns for major brands and sharp rises in demand for campaigns from clients.

While the average budget for smaller agencies is in the low tens of thousands of pounds, larger agencies are finding that clients are increasingly willing to spend over #100,000 on viral marketing activity.
