CHICAGO -- The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati Friday said it would work internally to negotiate a settlement with Christ Hospital, one of its joint operating agreement participants, after a judge last week temporarily restrained the Health Alliance from seeking approval for a $220 million bond issue to fund a new hospital.
Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Patrick Dinkelacker granted a motion for a 14-day restraining order against the Health Alliance on Thursday.
