Mar. 20--Three veteran commercial brokers -- combined they have more than a half century of experience -- once were fierce competitors. But now they're on the same team, handling major deals nationwide.
David Pepe, Jeffrey Morris and Jubeen Vahefi all are with Rockwood Realty Associates, a New York-based company that handles investments for major players, pension funds, insurance companies and other deep-pocket investors. The three work out of offices in Orlando and Miami, but as Pepe put it: "We work deals across the nation." Last year, the three accounted for nearly $1.3 billion in sales.
