Mar. 20--It was a sad Sunday for many area college men's basketball fans. North Carolina and North Carolina State are out of the NCAA Tournament. That leaves Duke to carry the torch. A year after all three Triangle schools reached the tournament's Sweet 16, the final day of the second round was harsh in games with contrasting themes.
