PEMBROKE, Bermuda -- Intelsat, Ltd. is rescheduling its fourth quarter and full year 2005 earnings release and conference call, originally scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2006. The company said that the recent filing of its Form S-4 registration statement contributed to unanticipated delays, and that additional time is required to complete its year-end process. The company said it does not anticipate any delays in the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
