CHICAGO (FNS) -- Sara Lee Corp. has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Mark Cross, Inc., and the worldwide rights to the Mark Cross trademark for leather and other goods.
Mark Cross will become part of Sara Lee's Coach division.
As reported, Sara Lee had announced its intention to acquire the assets and trademark of Mark Cross last May.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
