Mar. 22--What's for dinner tonight?
Five years ago, it might have been turkey chili with black beans and sweet pepper. Or chicken patties with capers over sauteed spinach.
We can say that with assurance because five years ago, Good Eating debuted the "Dinner Tonight" column, and both of those recipes appeared on March 21, 2001.
Now, at the column's fifth anniversary, we're still sharing quick recipes with you, "recipes made with common ingredients from the pantry, refrigerator or freezer," as we wrote in the debut column.
