Bottler discharges buffing solution into creek.

Mar. 22--PANDORA -- A worker's mistaken use of a valve Tuesday discharged 950 gallons of acrylic polymer from a Pandora factory into Riley Creek.

An employee of Pandora Manufacturing LLC, 501 S. Basinger Road, Pandora, opened the wrong valve, flushing the solution used to buff floors out from the building and into the tributary of the Blanchard River, said Steve Odenweller, the coordinator of the Putnam County Office of Public Safety.
