Mar. 22--They put on their coats and go out to schools, churches and other meeting places to do one thing on precinct caucus night - talk politics and raise their hands to move on to their local county assemblies and state conventions. About 60 local Republicans gathered in Central High School's cafeteria on Tuesday evening - they represented a long list of voting precincts around the area - and they did their work in about an hour.
