Mar. 23--The International Truck & Engine Corp. unveiled its new ProStar trucks in Louisville, Ky., today. But Fort Wayne got a sneak peek last week -- and for good reason. The company's engineering center at 2911 Meyer Road was ground zero in the ProStar's five-year, $300 million development process. Keeping the center and its 1,200 high-tech jobs in Fort Wayne is a top priority of local economic development and political officials.
